School bus hire across Melbourne and Victoria
Daily runs, excursions and special needs transport — handled by drivers who do this every day.
School transport is the part of the day where nothing is allowed to go wrong. We have been carrying Victorian students since 2002 — daily contracted runs, excursions, camps and specialist transport — as a Department of Education approved operator, with a Working with Children Check behind every driver.
Three different jobs, not one
Schools come to us for three quite different things, and they have almost nothing in common operationally. A daily contracted run is about the same driver, the same route and the same time, every single morning, for a year. An excursion is a one-off logistics problem — a venue with its own drop-off rules, a timetable built around a booked session, and a teacher counting heads. Specialist transport is about the individual student: the boarding, the restraint, the routine.
It is worth being clear which one you need before you ask for a price, because the answer changes what we quote and who we roster. If you are not sure, say what the day looks like and we will tell you.
What the paperwork actually covers
Every driver who carries a student for us holds a current Working with Children Check — not most of them, and not the ones who usually do the school work. We are a Department of Education approved school transport operator and an accredited Commercial Passenger Vehicle operator, and our coaches are fitted with seatbelts.
Schools ask us for this documentation before a first booking, which is exactly the right instinct. Ask any operator for it, and be wary of one that has to go looking.
Excursion venues we run most weeks
Some destinations we drive often enough to have opinions about — where the coach can actually stop, how early the parking fills, and whether the venue's session times will survive Melbourne traffic. Melbourne Zoo, Werribee Open Range Zoo, Healesville Sanctuary, Scienceworks, SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium, Melbourne Museum, the MCG and the CBD civic venues each have their own page below, because each has its own quirks worth knowing before the day.

Yes — every driver, not just the ones rostered to school work. We can provide documentation before a first booking, and schools are right to ask for it.
Yes. Our full-size and midi coaches are fitted with seatbelts. If your school's policy requires it in writing, tell us when you enquire and we will confirm the specific vehicle allocated to your booking.
Term dates cluster hard — the weeks either side of the school holidays are the busiest in the year, and popular venues book out first. Earlier is genuinely better, but call us regardless: we would rather tell you honestly whether we can cover it than have you assume we cannot.
Yes. We operate wheelchair accessible vehicles with ramp or lift access and certified restraint systems, and there is room for a carer or aide to travel alongside. Tell us the boarding requirements when you enquire so we allocate the right vehicle rather than the nearest one.
Three kinds, planned quite differently: daily contracted school runs, with the same driver, route and time every day; one-off charters for excursions, camps and sports days; and specialist transport for students with additional needs. We have carried Victorian students since 2002 as a Department of Education approved operator. Tell us which of the three you need and we will quote and roster for it.
Yes. Camps, regional excursions and multi-day trips are regular work, run from our depots at Campbellfield and Shepparton. Full-size coaches seat 48 to 57 with luggage bays underneath for bags and bedding; for a smaller group, a 24-seat midi coach avoids paying for empty seats.
The date, the pick-up address and destination, the number of students and staff, the times you need to arrive and leave, and anything that changes the vehicle — a wheelchair user, a lot of equipment, or a venue with its own drop-off rules. If you only have part of that, send what you have: we would rather start the conversation early.

Tell us where you need to be.
Share your trip and we'll put together a clear, fair quote — usually within the day.
