NDIS transport across Melbourne and Shepparton
Reliable, respectful transport for participants — including dedicated wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Transport is often the difference between a plan that gets used and one that sits on a shelf. We run accessible transport for NDIS participants, aged care residents and their families across Melbourne and the Shepparton region — with vehicles built for the job and drivers who do not rush the boarding.
NDIS registration is being finalised. Registration details will be published here on confirmation.
Two vehicles, two quite different jobs
For an individual journey — one wheelchair user, plus a carer or support worker — we send a HiAce wheelchair accessible van. It is the right size for an appointment, a work shift or a regular community access run, and it is not an adapted afterthought.
For a group, we send an accessible coach that carries wheelchair users and seated passengers together. That matters for day centres, aged care outings and specialist school groups, where splitting the group across two vehicle types is the thing everyone is trying to avoid.
What we handle, and what we do not
We provide the transport: the vehicle, the driver, the restraint system and the timing. We coordinate directly with plan managers, support coordinators and families so that booking and billing are straightforward.
We are not a support work provider. If a participant needs personal support during the journey, their own worker or carer travels with them — and there is space for that person in every accessible vehicle we operate. Being clear about the boundary is more useful to you than being vague about it.
Where we go
Melbourne — particularly the northern, western and north-eastern suburbs, from our Campbellfield depot — and the Shepparton and Goulburn Valley region from our second depot. Both operate 24 hours a day, which matters when an appointment is at seven in the morning or a shift finishes late.

Yes. We coordinate directly with plan managers, support coordinators and families, and we are used to the booking and invoicing arrangements that go with a managed plan.
Yes, always. Every accessible vehicle we operate has space for a carer or support worker alongside the participant. We provide the transport; personal support during the journey comes from the participant's own worker.
With certified restraint systems, in vehicles with proper ramp or lift access. Boarding is done at the pace it needs, not the pace the timetable would prefer.
Yes. Our second depot is at 43 Apollo Drive, Shepparton, and it serves the Goulburn Valley region. Melbourne is covered from Campbellfield.
