NDIS Transport

NDIS wheelchair transport across Melbourne

Proper ramp access, certified restraints, and drivers who never make anyone feel like a logistics problem.

Wheelchair accessible transport should feel as dignified and easy as any other journey. We operate HiAce wheelchair vans for individual travel and accessible coaches for groups — each with proper ramp access and certified restraint systems, and each driven by someone who takes the time to do it right.

The right vehicle for the journey

For individual NDIS travel, our HiAce WAV vans offer easy ramp access and secure wheelchair restraints, with room for a carer or support worker. For group outings, our wheelchair accessible coaches carry mixed groups — wheelchair users and seated passengers together.

Every accessible journey is handled with patience. Boarding is never rushed, restraints are always properly secured, and our drivers understand that care is the whole point. You are booking transport with a driver, not hiring a vehicle to drive yourself.

NDIS registration is being finalised. Registration details will be published here on confirmation.

Common questions

Our HiAce WAV vans suit individual travel — one wheelchair user plus a carer or support worker. Our accessible coaches carry larger mixed groups including wheelchair users and seated passengers.

No. We provide wheelchair accessible transport with one of our own drivers — we do not sell, convert or rent out vehicles for self-drive. If you are looking for a drive-from-wheelchair car or a vehicle to own, you need a specialist vehicle modifier or dealer. If what you need is to get somewhere safely, with a driver who knows how to secure a wheelchair properly, that is exactly what we do.

With a certified wheelchair restraint system, fitted and checked before the vehicle moves — boarding is unhurried by design, so nobody is rushed. When you book, tell us about the chair: its size, whether it is powered, and whether the passenger transfers to a seat. That lets us confirm the vehicle fits before anything is committed to, rather than on the day.

Yes. Every accessible vehicle has room for a carer or support worker to travel alongside, and on group bookings in our accessible coaches, support workers travel with the people they support. Tell us how many people are coming so we allocate enough seats as well as wheelchair positions.

Tell us where you need to be.

Share your trip and we'll put together a clear, fair quote — usually within the day.
