Melbourne airport transfers for groups
Group transfers to Tullamarine and Avalon — coordinated, on time, no scramble for taxis.
Splitting a group across taxis and rideshares at an airport is how an arrival turns into an hour of standing around: people scattered across two terminals, costs adding up, and nobody sure where to meet. One coach keeps everyone together from the terminal to the door.
Tullamarine and Avalon are not the same problem
Melbourne Airport at Tullamarine is close to our Campbellfield depot and busy at every hour, so the questions are about which terminal, which pick-up zone and how long the group takes to clear the doors. Avalon sits between Melbourne and Geelong, which makes it the cheaper flight and the longer drive — and the one where a group without transport arranged is genuinely stuck.
Both have their own page below with the detail that actually affects your booking.
What happens when the flight is late
Our airport pick-ups include 30 minutes' waiting time after landing, and we monitor the arrival so the coach is ready when the group is rather than when the schedule said. Beyond that window, additional waiting is charged at our standard standby rate — stated up front, so a delayed flight is an inconvenience rather than a surprise invoice.

Yes — we arrange a meet-and-greet point with you before the day so nobody is hunting for a coach in a car park. Tell us the flight number and group size when you book.
For most groups, yes — and the per-head gap widens the larger the group gets. It also removes the part nobody costs in: the wait, the split-up arrival and the driver who did not know where the group was going.
